Celebrate the beauty of the harvest festival or widely known as the Mid-Autumn Festival with handcrafted mooncakes from the award-winning Lai Po Heen.

In collaboration with local artist Samantha Cheah, the mooncake gift box that she created for Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur was inspired by the display of orchids within the hotel’s elegant premises. The orchids were portrayed in a delicate embroidery on a royal purple fabric while the Mandarin Oriental fan emblems form the shape of a full moon during the Mid-Autumn Festival.
