Resipi Bendi Goreng

Keempukkan bendi yang bersalut rasa pedas, manis, masin.

Bahan-Bahan:

  1. 400 gm bendi, dihiris
  2. 1 sudu besar minyak jagung
  3. A: (bahan dikisar):
    • ½ ulas bawang merah
    • 2 ulas bawang putih
    • 3 tangkai cili merah
    • 1 sudu kecil belacan
    • 1 sudu kecil udang kering
    • 2 sudu kecil MAGGI CukupRasa

Cara Memasak:

  1. Tumis bahan A hingga wangi.
  2. Masukkan bendi, goreng sehingga empuk.
  3. Hidang panas-panas!
